What is the Idaho Scrapbook Show?
The Idaho Scrapbook Show is the Treasure Valley’s first national paper crafting show, held in Boise, Idaho. It includes national paper crafting, stamping and scrapbooking vendors from across the nation. Attendees will have the opportunity to shop for the latest products and take classes from certified teachers to learn new techniques, create cards, scrapbook pages and other paper crafting projects.
When and Where is it?
February 2-3, 2018 at Expo Idaho. The address is 5610 Glenwood Blvd in Boise, Idaho. What are the show hours?
The show is open to the public Friday from 10am until 6pm and Saturday from 10am until 5pm. VIP's are welcome an hour early each day. VIP hours are 9am until midnight on Friday and 9am until 5pm on Saturday.
How much does it cost?
General admission cost is $7.00 ($6.00 for seniors at the door only). This gives you entry into the show and access to shopping and classes. Day passes can be purchased here: https://www.idahoscrapbookshow.com/tickets.html
What does it cost to be a VIP and what is included?
VIP cost is $75.00. Included is entry into the show both days (including early entry). You will enjoy a dedicated crop space all day Friday until midnight and all day Saturday, a VIP swag bag full of products and surprises, the exclusive Midnight crop, full of make and takes and one on one time with vendors and teachers, games and prizes. Are classes included with my VIP payment?
No, classes are a separate purchase.
Can I take classes if I am not a VIP?
Of course! You can purchase classes online or at the door (as long as the class is not sold out). Classes can be found here: https://www.idahoscrapbookshow.com/class-schedule.html
Do I need to purchase a day pass if I am taking a class?
Yes, if you are not VIP, you will need to purchase a general day pass for the day(s) of your class(es).
How big is my crop space in VIP?
The set-up is two 8 foot tables put together for 4 people.
Will the crop have electricity?
The crop area will only have electricity in a centrally located 'Charging Station' that VIP's are free to use.
Can I sit with my friends?
We wouldn’t have it any other way! Just email your seating requests and let us know who you want to sit with.
Can we leave our craft stuff in the VIP area overnight?
That is 100% up to you. Idaho Scrapbook Show, Expo Idaho, and any of its exhibitors are not responsible for lost or stolen items. The VIP area will be roped off from the general public. VIP badges will be checked as everyone enters the VIP area and the staff and volunteers will keep an eye on the area. However, items left unattended are the responsibility of the person leaving them. The building will be locked overnight.
Will there be food at the show?
The show will have a Dutch Bros. truck both mornings from 9-11 and Expo Idaho will have a concession stand open all day Friday (until 8pm) and Saturday.
Can I bring my own food?
We are not policing small snacks, drinks or those with special dietary or medical needs as long as there are not coolers or large spreads of food.
What should I bring to work on (for VIP)?
You can bring projects to work on; however, keep in mind that crop space is limited. The exhibitors will have plenty of projects to work on for sale and make and takes, with lots of fun happening in every booth. If you forget something, they have EVERYTHING YOU NEED!
I bought a VIP ticket and now I am not able to go. Can I get a refund?
Tickets to the Idaho Scrapbook show are sold on the same basis as concerts sporting events and other one-time events. Once your registration and payment are confirmed, there are no refunds; however, tickets are transferable.
Do I need a physical ticket to enter the show?
No. Your payment verification is your receipt; you do not need physical tickets. When you arrive at the show, we will have your name at the entrance and welcome you to the fun!
