We are happy to continue our spotlight on Becky Roberts from Inking Idaho. We asked her
complete our craft questionnaire.
Name: Becky Roberts

How long have you been a crafter?
17 years
How did you get started?
A scrapbook store opened up in the town we were living in and I couldn’t stay out of it!
What was your first project?
Scrapbook pages, lots and lots of them! That store loved me. ;)
What is your favorite type of projects now? (Albums, cards, mixed media, art journals, coloring etc.)
About 16 years ago, I attended a Stampin’ Up! party and fell in love with stamping. I mostly make cards now, but my favorite things are 3D items. Cute purses, bags, candy holders, etc.
Do you listen to music while you craft? If so, which genre?
Sometimes, but I prefer the quiet.
What part of crafting is the most intimidating?
Demonstrating in front of other demonstrators!
Do you pre-plan your projects or do you get inspired as you go?
Both. For classes and events everything is preplanned and precut. When I’m just stamping for fun, inspiration comes from everywhere.
Do you clean your craft table after every project?
Absolutely…and it’s too bad that word have an O,C and a D in it!
Have you ever sold your projects? If so, where can we find your work?
Not much, but I do sell my pattern and instruction tutorials on my blog.
If you were given the chance to pick 3 products in any craft store where money was no object, what 3 things would you choose?
I kind of have everything I want…is that problem? But I would choose a brand new Big Shot, all framelits and dies (that is one purchase, right?) and a really big table.
What are do you do outside of crafting? Other hobbies/interests/accomplishments?
I don’t have other hobbies. I love anything my family is doing. My biggest personal accomplishment is raising two little boys into amazing young men. I’ve been married 24 years. With my job I have many accomplishments I am proud of. I have been in the top 10 demonstrators for the company for the past 5 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving on their Advisory Board and my family and I have traveled all over the world for free by earning the Incentive Trips offered each year.
